I have here a 2002 MC SS that has a few issues. When dimmer switch is rotated to highest setting my rear parking lamp fuse is blown.

Besides the dimmer switch problems I have no dashlights as well. I know that the circuit is with combined with my rear parking lights (running lights) and my instrument panel voltage supply circuit.

Any suggestions on how to repair or diagnose? anything helps? thanks
