Dash Light Issue - 2003 MC/SS
OK, here's the issue:
LEDs are installed on the circuit board and when I energize the board with a 9V battery they all light up.
When I plug the board into the harness, everything works except those same LEDs.
I checked the instrumentation lighting fuse and everything works off of it except the lights.
Thoughts?
