Default Dash installation

Hello. I am helping a friend of mine. He has a 2000 Monte Carlo and he has completely removed the dash and components a couple years ago. After which he had a stroke and can no longer remember how to re-install the dash. I tried and was not able to figure it out since I didn’t help to remove the dash. I tried searching for assembly manuals we could use to help us but I have not been able to find any assembly manuals, just repair manuals. Can anyone advise if such a manual is available that would help us with the assembly and where I can purchase one?
Thanks

How much of the dash was removed? pictures of it?

The front part can be easily removed with many videos online and write ups and the top part can be removed as well. I have a write up on the top portion of the dash removal on the repair section here. Anything beyond that I don't know much about but I'd recommend making a write up for others if you do reassemble it and it's not similar to the write ups I mentioned earlier

I will review the write ups you mentioned.
Sorry but I do not have pictures at this time, but from what I remember when I saw it last it was totally bare except for some wiring.
And to make matters worse he cant remember why he originally removed the dash.
Thanks

Thanks again.

I had wondered how to replace it, whenever that inevitable day comes.
