Does it make any sounds like it is going to try and start or is it strictly just cranking the starter and nothing further? And you have confirmed you don't have an active security message on the cluster, correct?
Test the coils I think that's what was killing my icm, the last time it did it one of my coils had a giant cracked in it... botom one is ours (dis)

It does sound like it wants to start. If the accelerator is pressed down while starting it will "run" for a second, but sounds off. I have since replaced the cam sensor as well and checked the MAF, MAP, changed coils and ICM. I have also disconnected or back probed every sensor that I can think of. I have also pulled every fuse as well. No dice. Any ideas?
Nope. Have you?
Start with the basics first.
-Fuel: Check for fuel at fuel rail. I understand you have pressure but you might not have volume.(fuse for fuel pump, fuel pump, fuel filter clogged, fuel pressure regulator bad, leaking fuel at engine)
-Spark: Check for spark using an Inline Ignition Spark Checker (spark plugs gap & condition , wires, coils)
-Air: Check & clean (air filter condition, vacuum line disconnected, throttle body opens and closes)
All the above can be verified / tested / checked, rather than guessing, buying parts and just replacing.

All of the above has been done. Fuses are good. Pump is new and filter is nearly new. I have spark and air filter is nearly new and in good condition. Throttle body is clean and operational.
