My 2003 Monte Carlo SS has a plastic retainer on the cowl (passenger side). It's a threaded retainer with a quarter-sized flat top with a slot for a blade screw driver that when removed, allows you to remove the right-side portion of the cowl and access the cabin filter.
Does anyone have an idea where this part my be purchased as the old one has broken?
