Default coolant leak

New here from the S.F bay area. Havin a issue with my 2003 monte. I have a 3.4l and its leaking coolant. I isolated the leak to the freeze plug on the back of the rear head. I have already removed everything, just not to sure how to get the plug out/in. Is there anyone out there who can give me some pointers? thanks in advance

No, its the freeze plug in back of head. It seems to have a crack in it.Will not hold no pressure. As soon as you start it, it comes flying out as if you drilled a small hole in the plug.
