could someone please tell me were the ecm pcm is located

It is in the air filter box, under the air filter itself

Thanks weird is car still runs, use a turn signal and the abs, traction control,brakes all go hay wire

If the ABS light is coming on during this, you should be able to have a scan tool check for codes (need one that can read the ABS computer).
