Exclamation 'Combo automatic transmission only' box

I found a row of six black combined wires coming from a small black box labelled 'Combo automatic transmission only,' under the driver fuse panel, disconnected . I need a good description on how and where these row of six wires connect to. Please help me out. I took apart my car to see where the hell it goes, but it left me stumped. The previous owner neglected this and shoved it in a crevice. I'll get a picture if it'd help.

Well the car runs, but I do have transmission problems. I get a long shift troubleshooting code... a family friend said I need to replace the filter and fluids. I'm wondering if this may effect it too. This afternoon I'll snap a picture of it.

I don't know if you can see that wire that I'm talking about in the pictures, but where does it connect to.

It connects to things like door triggers, +12V, ground, dome light, horn, parking light wire, lock/unlock, etc. All the things you'd expect an aftermarket alarm to connect to.
