cluster mileage question
#3
What year is your car? If it has the analog style odometer, it should read the mileage of the "donor" car. If you have the digital style, it should read the same as your car. If you change the PCM along with the digital dash, it should read the same as the donor car. Good luck. I'm sure that there is someone here that knows a lot more than me about the issue, but I'm pretty sure that is how it works.

If it's an 00-05, the mileage is stored in the cluster so it will read whatever the donor cluster had on it (I offer programming for these clusters to correct the mileage to your car.. check out http://www.bbengineer.com )
If it's an 06+, the mileage is stored in the BCM and a new cluster will display whatever your car actually has on it
