Clicking/Knocking from steering wheel

got my i.s.s. replaced a month ago - didn't help anything... still makes same noise when turning at low speeds or when stopped... once in a while it now seems like I can hear the same noise when going over a bump with the wheels turned... so now there's a new steering rack being ordered....
