Default Check Engine Light (P0102)

I took my monte to get emissions testing today and the car failed due to a check engine light. The code was P0102 and it's saying that the MAF is getting low voltage... I think the cause of this is because of a new sensor plug that I may have wired incorrectly... I unplugged the sensor while the car was running, and it stayed running... Does anyone know if there's some type of wiring diagram that I can look at in order to properly wire this sensor plug? Thanks.

Default Update

So I double checked all the connections for my new maf plug and everything looked good I also found a wiring diagram online... so I know its wired correctly. HOWEVER, the car still has a check engine light after I cleared it (same code). Does anyone know any possible fixes/things I can check? Thanks.

If the wiring looks good, is the sensor itself dirty? Worth a quick spray of MAF cleaner to check it.

Ok Thanks! Didn't even think of trying that. I'll let you know if that fixes it. (Also, hooked up a tech 2 and noticed the MAF is displaying 0 airflow).

If it's displaying 0, then something is wrong with the MAF. If it was dirty it might show lower than it should be, but it would still show something

Threw in a new AcDelco MAF today and cleared the code. So far so good! Car passed emissions and the car runs much better. Thanks everyone who helped me diagnose the issue!
