Exclamation Check engine light

So I Went to My Buddy's House, & He Has an OBD Scanner, & we plugged up my car & i got these codes. I know the P0420A is because of my clogged cat, but i just got a ZZP downpipe and ima put it in and i understand that the code will stay until i get a PCM tune. i just have no idea wtf the other 2 are. he told me something about "knocking" i need sum help.

Should let you know in more detail about your OBDII codes. Did you already install the downpipe?

thanks for the help man. u never let me down.
no i have not yet installed it, i got it in the mail yesterday and im waiting for my FWI to get here to do them both the same day. its taking long because of powdercoating.

DTC P0332 Knock Sensor 2 Circuit Low Input (Bank 2)
DTC P0420 Catalyst System Low Efficiency

Oh I was gonna say maybe it was installed wrong so the pipe was hitting something and setting off your knock sensors.

To fix my gear ratio thing can i just get a tuned PCM?

i asked my buddy that owns CompTurbo [compturbo.com] what could possibly be wrong with my Knock Sensor and he said i should replace it. he gets a discount and says he can get it real cheap.
