Question Is the center molding on the door glued on?

My sone has a 2005 Monte Carlo that he has to get another door for due to being hit in an accident. We found a few, but they have a molding strip going done the center of the door and his does not. Only one does not, but it has a few dings that would have to be repaired. My question is the molding glued on to the door or somehow screwed on that would leave holes in the door if removed.
Let me know as soon as you can.
Thank you

I believe it will leave holes if removed but I'm not 100% sure.

In 2005 they didn't come with the molding from the factory.

All 2000-2004 did have the molding, and yes there are holes AND emblem adhesive holding them on.
