I was going to fill my resevoir tank but i remembered i had put green instead of orange. can you mix the orange in with the green color of coolant? i think i read somwhere that you couldnt. im not sure if to mix or not. any help would be appreciated.

 

If you are using the non extra life coolant
do not mix with the nex coolant. There is no reason to mix the old with the new

 

DO NOT MIX COOLANT!

not even the stuff that says its universal....ITS JUNK! your coolant system will go all jelly like.. if its red in there which it should be...stick to red...if its green stay with greeen..

there is a way to put green in these cars and thats to have your entire system flushed and cleaned and then you can put green in instead of red..

 

...had me thinking, greens cheaper and doesnt turn into mud... anyone seen any ill effects of running green where the dex cool is called for?

 

only if the system is completely flushed can you run green...and it wont hurt anything...but the system has to be 100% completely empty of red coolant
