Default Can the BCM on an 07 be reprogrammed for oem fog lights?

I tracked down the harnesses and the switch but I wonder if the BCM can be unlocked at the dealer to install factory fog lights if it didn't originally come with them? Anyone experience this?
Thanks.

i did it was a bit of money i have to look it up for the price they hasseled me because they said it didnt origanaly come with fog lights and a long speal but i lucked out. because there was a gm rep standing behind him and said we will do it for about some price and the rep told the shop manager to fire the guy behind the desk. if he didnt the rep would shut down the dealer as in take all the cars and every thing and deliver them to anouther dealer on the spot. plus take the chevy name while he was waiting for the car cariers

You could probably get a good set of aftermarket fog/driving lights for $100 or so, Maybe even less. Wiring them up is not hard just add a switch, a relay and mount up the lights.

That's probably the best idea. I hoped to have it look all stock but it's turned into a research mess.
