Default A/C Question

Just wanted to check to see if this was normal.
After my A/C has been running for about 45 min or longer.
I find that when I turn the car off and leave it site for about 15 min or longer, the A/C and fan does not kick on right away.
It takes a minute or two to decide to come on.

Is this a normal thing or does it sounds like I may have something dieing?

The blower motor won't kick on? Or it does not start blowing cold air?

It just seems to take a minute or two to kick on and start blowing cold air.
It is the only time the blower does this.
It's almost as if the A/C pump needs to run a little first.

Does any air come out of the vents before it's cold?? Because all cars take a few minutes to get cold.

No air out of the vents.
However, I now know that it is not related to the air con.
Went out yesterday at lunch and sure enough the fan did no come on right away. The difference being I did not have the air con on.
I'm thinking there is several possibilities, I'm getting moisture build up, or I have a worn brush or if it's like my last car a dead spot in the blower motor. At least it's not the AC. Fan motors are a little cheaper an easier to deal with.....................I hope.
