Default Brake performance rotor

2 years ago, from the recommendation thru this group, I bought Brake Performance rotors for my car along with Hawks pads.

My hawks was almost out of padding (or whatever it's called), I replaced it with the ones that Brakeperformance.com send a along with the rotors.

About 2 weeks after replace, car is making awful vibration, like rumbling. As if it's hitting the crosslines.

I called brakeperformance.com and they said it's rust and they said nothing they can do. Geez. $150 and 185 something each rotors (front and rear) that last thru ONE pad? I was expecting rotors to last thru 3 pads or so.

I asked them what is solution to it. She said nothing but we can order new ones for you. I asked her if I can turning (did I have word right?) She said it's up to garages to decide if they can or not.

I asked her what caused it. She didn't give me straight reason. It could be... that... blah

I told her it was fine until I PUT YOUR PADS on and then it screwed up... she said it happens..

Anyone of u had experience this?
Turning? Yes or no?

How can I post my pic in here?
