brake noise and traction light

brake noise and traction light
for about a minute after i first start up the car, and put it into reverse/drive and then pull pu to a stop sign my brakes kinda give out and my traction light comes on? i just bought the car from a used lot. do you think its just a bubble in the brake line? thanks

Hummmm.. Could be a couple of things.
First thing that comes to mind is that it could be a vac leak to the booster. Next I would look at a master cylinder problem if your not loosing brake fluid, if you have fluid loss look at calipers/wheel cylinders...

I had a fired with a T/A that had the same problems. Turned out to be a front wheel speed sensor was reading faulty and kicking on the anti-lock(hence the lack of stopping). You almost need to have it hooked to a computer while it does it to make sure though. Just a thought for ya
