my brake lights are not coming on when i hit the brakes. this includes both tail lights and the middle light. the tail lights work when the lights are on, they just don't brighten when the brakes are pressed. the fuse appears to be fine (thought I guess I'm not sure which fuse it could be). it was suggested elsewhere that possible causes could be the brake light switch over the brake pedal, or possibly the hazard switch or for some reason the turn signal switch. does anyone know the best way to troubleshoot and find the source?

 

it was the fuse. i'm an idiot. anyway, thanks to everyone who helps out in these forums. i appreciate the guidance.
