Both power outlets don't work...

Both power outlets don't work...
The power outlet (cigarette lighter) in the console in the front under the HVAC and the one in the back don't work. i've checked all the fuses (i think). Any other ideas?
i'm going to install a new stereo this weekend and thought i'd knock this out while i'm at it.
