Default Bogging - please help!

The internet and 5 back yard mechanics later, and I still have a bad bog - more so off idle but also while driving. Only happens when I punch the gas. Otherwise, runs great!

I've been trying numerous things including a new distributor, a new carb, plugs and wires were already new...

Th350c trans, 3.73 posi, ebay aluminum heads (2.02cc, 64cc, 2.02, 1.60), comp roller rockers 1.5, Edelbrock 650 (tried all 3 accelerator pump holes), unknown cam, MSD street fighter distributor with medium springs (tried heavy and light), 20" Foose wheels. Timing is around 14 and 36 @ 3000.
