BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR

WHERE IS THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR LOCATED ON 2001 MONTE THE DEALER SAYS IT IS LOCATED UNDER THE HOOD.

they are in the fan housing same on all cars and trucks as the resister needs the air flow around it to keep it from blowing

i got it replaced on mine and he did it inside the car so im guessing on the passenger side in the dash
