Default Blower Motor problems...

The blower motor on my 2001 Monte Carlo wasn't working on 1,2 or 3. One blower motor resistor later and a trip to the chiropractor, I have no blower on 5.
GM use to use a high blower relay but I can't find a listing anywhere. Does anyone know if I have one and where it is?
Don't tell me it's under the resistor

Positions 1, 2, 3 and 4 run through the resistor. Position 5 runs directly to the motor through the relay, so I would check it and/or the control switch.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the relay is located on the blower motor control module.

Thanks for the info. Fan switch OK but you did get me on the right track. Blown fuse. Teach me to check the easiest thing first. Thanks again
