Started the car up this morning and drove to work with the blower on hi. Turned the car off and the blower kept running. Started pulling fuses to try and kill it, but no luck. It died before I could find the right fuse. So the problem is that it continues to blow even when the car is off and it blows at high speed no matter where the **** is.

Hey thanks space. That is what I was seeing as well when I googled the problem. I am pretty sure that is what is and was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and what they did to fix it.

 

I am having this exact problem. My blower motor will not turn off even when the car is off. I had to unplug the battery. After pulling all the fuses related to the blower, and nothing happening, I was thinking it was the switch, but when I disconnected it nothing changed. Do I need to put a new one on for it to work?

 

My Monte did it when I had it and it ended up being the Blower module. It's an easy fix, just stinks to buy since it is fairly expensive
