Best transmission fluid?

Default Best transmission fluid?

Doing a transmission flush tmrw and I'm wondering what is the best fluid and what also should I get for the flushing?

Car also has 90000 miles

Car?

Dexron 6 is the new transmission fluid, compatible with Dex 3 but runs better.

DO NOT FLUSH! Pan drop, change fluid and filter.

I prefer the GM dex VI myself. I got a GM filter and 2 gallons of fluid to under $60, granted I pay cost price. Filter is like $50 list but it far superior quality to aftermarket.

cant go wrong with a filter from the dealer down side is the caust of it. but dex IV i would up it for the dex VI when i did the silverado when i changed it to the dex VI it seemed to love me. not just that shfts smoother as well. it has a new trans do to a flaw if the fourth gear cluch. it took it out i didnt know there was any sign of matereal but when it went it went. ever since i have been using dex VI in both chevy's
