I have been have been having intermittent issues with battery, security and service vehicle soon lights popping in the message center when I first start my car. The car doesn't have issues starting or turning off during driving. It usuaply happens when I have my door open while I put the key in the ignition , but it has happened when my door is closed. When I put the key in the ignition instead of making the normal chiming noise it makes a weird chime then when I start the car the three lights pop up. Is it possible that it's the ignition cylinder? Any thoughts or ideas?

That's most likely the ignition lock cylinder, ignition switch housing, weak battery, or BCM, probably in that order.
