so whenever it rains my drivers door gets water in it. i have been looking all over trying to find new seals for the outside of my drivers door at the base of the window. any suggestions?

I've noticed in a lot of the montes and grand prixs ive seen number one starts to just peel off on the front part of the door, my guess would be that.

 

I'm having the same problem. What fixed your problem? I just bought a 06 monte carlo LTZ with 145k miles on it. I have no idea how many previous owners there were.

Water leaks inside onto the door handle and driver side seat when it rains or I wash the car. I noticed there was damage to the door seal from what appeared to be someone locking their keys in the car and doing whatever the hell they could to get them out. After seeing that I bought an extra door key.

I'm going to order another seal, but before I do that did it help your problem?

 

If there's damage to your door seal that's probably your issue then, it's probably leaking through the seal and bouncing off the door handle and landing on the seat

 

The door appears to be bent a little creating an air sound while driving, not completely bent, but bent in 3 separate areas from someone prying a screwdriver or something similar in the door to pry it open and get the door unlocked. the seal is damaged too, however, would a seal fix it or would a new door, anyone else have this problem with a bent section (not seen from the exterior)?
