bad leak

Default bad leak

I have a 1999 MC with a 3.1 liter in it with 108000 miles on it there is a coolant leak on the passanger side i can see it drip-run out down below the alt any help plz need this to drive diesel just to exp.

Sounds like a bad heater core.
or
Coolant leak: Coolant loss via plastic intake manifold is corrected by installing upgraded manifold and gaskets plus new PCV kit. 2 things to check.

1. check the bottom of the water pump and make sure it is dry.
2. as was said make sure the intake its self is not leaking.

also you can go to Autozone and get a leak kit relitivly cheap it might be a worth while investment for you at least then you could see where it is .

It's not the water pump or the heater core any info about the intake would be great i need this car to go down the road thanks much

3.1's arnted they known for the intake gasket or the head gasket?
