I don't know where you live or your driving habits, but when the colder weather comes, your MPGs drop down. Not only does the gas have additives in it and the MPG isn't great from that, but usually someone will warm up their car. Also the air is pretty dense in the winter and your PCM commands more fuel because there is more air.

Overall you have done some great preventative maintenance. Keep an eye on everything. I would do the fuel filter, just because it was probably never done, and it's easy on these cars if the nuts aren't rusted up.

I have never had over 23 mpg lol. Like 70% highway and 30% city most of the time. When it was a little warmer (78*) I averaged 21.7 mpg but since it started to get cold it dropped to 21.1 and its been there for like 3 weeks. I admit gas has raped me lol but im super happy that I found a Shell with gas for $2.98 a gallon! Glad gas prices went down, im hoping to see $1.50 so I can take a trip across the nation...

When my cat was starting to plug up I was getting 25.6 mpg highway, after it finally plugged I put a new one on and I'm getting 27.3 mpg now, these figures are from the overhead computer, anyway I was getting bad mpg when I put in 89, it took my car a few tanks of 92 to start running right, if you got your car recently maybe the 87 they put in made it run poorly if so it'll take a few tanks of 91 or 92 to get it running better.

Recent tune up.
With CAI and canned tune, mixed city/highway; I'm averaging 20 mpgs.
