I notice that there is always air coming out of my vents even if I have the HVAC fans off. Now, even with the fans off, I can still control where this air comes from (dash, floor, etc.) and the temp. of it. I had this same "issue" on my 96 Grand Prix, and wrote it off as normal. I was hoping GM had it fixed by '05. On the Grand Prix I believe it was only when the car was moving (ie. the vent to the outside is always open so air had to be forced through) - I can't confirm or disconfirm this on the Monte yet.

Does everyone else's Monte have this?
