I have to replace the steering column in my 99 monte. It did not have the radio controls. Has anyone ever switched columns to add radio controls. I figured if I have to replace it I might as well add it on.

 

This is a little tougher than it sounds. There is a whole wiring harness that needs to be replaced as it ties directly into the stereo and I don't think you will have have those wires in place. I received my car with them and purchased an aftermarket stereo and still don't have them running... I need to really call PAC sometime....
