Default abs power

Hi guys pulling what little hair I have, my INNOVA 3140d scannerwhich has abs abilty connects for the abs codes but just sits and says please wait retrieving after 1 hour i'm sure is enough to get info. I did check all fuses and they are good but the 1 fuse block on the driver side under the hood has a 60amp and also a 20amp this 20amp has no power on either side of the post legs should it have power ? maybe that is my problem thanks for any help

Not knowing where your from (What state)... On my 1999 around 13 yrs ago I had a similar problem...turns out one of the lead wires on the rear had somehow become ripped apart...Had it replaced and has been good ever since... I would check all the ABS wiring thoroughly and you may just find its something as simple as a corroted and or rusted connection that may resolve your isse...
Hope this helps.. Keep us posted of your progress/Resolve I'm sure someone else will chime in with more tips and ideas!

ok guys some more trying, I did multimeter to check ohms @ all sensors, don't ask what the reading was but here goes FL- around 1600 and FR- 0 nothing at all.
RR-1060, LR-1060 and the rr is a new hub assembly. so could the RF having a 0 reading cause the no power and the 20 amp fuse? I will change the RF tomorrow thanks again for the input

ok after more poking around, every now and then i get a brake light on. also if I move the electronic brake control module around ( under the dash ) i end up with a brake light. I have no power going out of the heavy gauge wires to the abs unit under the hood. so I followed the wire all but the red lead wire goes to the plug at the control module, now I followed the red wire that is feeding the 20amp that I said I have no power so would it be a safe beat the the module under the dash is crap, and would a junk find work or reprogram need to be done..
