My 97 MC blows only warm air. The temperate gauge is always normal, and the heat never warms up. Any suggestions?

what type of engine? it sounds to me like the heater core lines might be blocked or slowed. does the radiator fan ever turn off? are your running a different thermostat? like a lower temp 160 or 180? is there any air in the cooling system?

 

i couldnt put it any better myself. id check that heater core. easy enough. check the temp of the hoses. they should feel the same temp. if they are not the same temp take a garden hose and run water back and forth until the sludge crap is gone.
