Problems started after timing belt was replaced. Car stopped running after driving for 5 miles. Figured it was fuel pump replaced that. Ran diagnostics which showed need of a cam sensor. Replaced that. . . car shut off after running about 5 miles again. Not missing, timing seems fine. Anyone have any suggestions where to go next? Seems to want to shut down upon acceleration.

Welcome to MCF John!!
Doesn't miss so your plugs and wires "should" be fine but it might not hurt to replace them if you haven't. Also I beleive it would rule out the timing being off by 1 tooth though it might be possible. I can't see the car shutting down from KR if the heat gets too high, but you might want to test that - drive it for 3 miles picking up groceries or something and then when you get home just let it run and see if it is tied in with the thermostat. T-stat won't be the problem, but maybe there is a weird KR issue if it is slowly creeping up and does it after 160* or something.
