Default Help 95 monte 3.4 new timing belt is fraying?

I just had a new timing belt and new pulleys instaled. i checked the belt after i drove about 25 miles, i looked throught the timing belt inspection cover on one of the heads. it seems to be fraying around the inside of the belt toward the head. its not running center. i seen that it might have been running a little tight to that side before he put the covers on.

is this normal.? i need help
thanks

No, this is not normal. Have the alignment of the pullies checked. It sounds like they are not in proper alignment.
