Default 87 monte carlo heater core delete

I have a 87 monte ls, a/c never worked when I bought it years ago, gutted the entire a/c system and now removing the ac/heater box from the firewall. Got it all out but I noticed when looking at the heater core, it's got the two large hoses that go to the radiator and the thermostat or water pump (idk didn't really look) just know it has 2 big hoses. But anyway, since I'm deleting the ac/heater box what do I do with the heater core and that little black ball valve thingy? Do I disconnect the heater core hoses and just run one hose from the radiator to the thermostat/waterpump? I'm sure I can't just remove them and leave a big hole. What do I do about the hoses? Thanks for the help

I dunno anything about 4th gens, but on LS stuff they sell a heater delete hose. It's just a simple molded loop of hose (with different diameter on each end since the in and out ports are different size) a few inches long to bypass the whole system.

Maybe try searching the web for that to see if it brings up anything?
