wow jake I love your car man! I'm in the middle of fixing up my 87 LS. The stock 305 took a crap (228k miles will do that to a 305) along with the stock 200-4r. I changed the tranny over to a rebuilt TH 350 out of a 3/4 ton 2 wheel drive truck. I had to buy an 81 cutlass crossmember and have the driveshaft shortened 3 inches to make it fit. I have a 350 4-bolt main that came out of a 91 Silverado sitting in the garage on the engine stand awaiting tax time money to put in a new cam and lifters and all the gaskets. Then I can run a manual fuel pump. I rebuilt a 600 holley for the new motor and made some mods to it, I milled the choke tower and put bigger jets and needle valves in it. Changed acc pump from 30cc to 50 cc. Bought a Summit ready to run billet remote coil distributor and a MSD blaster 48,000 volt coil. When it quits snowing I'll post some pics of what I got done so far, but its far from finished. The car itself needs a little bit of chemotherapy but I suck at body work so I'll have to get a garage to fix my rocker panels and quarter panels, then it'll be ready to paint. I'll post pics of my progress when I make it lol.

This is my 86 Super Sport with Trans am ws6 17x9.5, lowered 1.75", with custom SS stripes.

Unfortunately, she does not look this good right now as she has been on jack stands since 2009 awaiting a T5 swap project to be finished! I hope to have her back on the road in the coming months!
