on my 97 MC the people who owned it before i did dressed the car up with ground effects and a new spoiler. well when my 3 brake light went out i tried to fix but there is no way to get it out. i checked the trunk to see if i could get to it from there but you can't. there aren't any screws on the outside or anything. do i have to take off the spoiler to get to it to replace it? can someone help?

 

its an aftermarket spoiler? can you give us a picture of it?

 

yeah its aftermarket. i'll work on getting a picture.

 

some of the after market ones are hollow and you have to take them off to get to that light. if there is no visabel way to get at it i would think that is wha tyour going to have to do unless it is molded in but i dont see that happening .
