there are typically two o2 sensors. One on the down pipe directly behind the engine and one underneath the vehicle about midway down. I don't have an 06' but most vehicles have them in this fashion so I assume yours does.
Removal should be fairly straightforward with a wrench or a crowsfoot socket attachment. If it is giving you trouble just douse it with WD40 and let it sit for a moment, they are not under a lot of torque.
