The passenger side one in the glove box is actually the easiest of the 3 to get to.
Just take the glove box door off, and you can reach in, undo 3 screws and unplug it. Then just replace in reverse![Thumbsup](https://montecarloforum.com/forum/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
The driver's side one is tough to do, you have to take the kick panel off under the steering wheel, and squeeze your arm up a tight area to reach the same 3 screws, and plug. That one took me a good hour to get through. The passenger side one was maybe 10 minutes.

Just got done doing both actuators on the passenger side. As stated, they are behind the glove box and yes the bolts are 5.5mm... a little bit of a pain to get to but not too bad. Don't forget to reset the A/C controls. You have to have the key in the ignition in the off position and pull the HVAC fuse out for 60 seconds then reinsert the fuse.
