That second one is probably the 3rd actuator that I haven't replaced yet

Just take the glove box door off, and you can reach in, undo 3 screws and unplug it. Then just replace in reverse

The driver's side one is tough to do, you have to take the kick panel off under the steering wheel, and squeeze your arm up a tight area to reach the same 3 screws, and plug. That one took me a good hour to get through. The passenger side one was maybe 10 minutes.
Which one of the passenger side did you replace? There is the easy one and then the other is by the blower. I'm confused about the seperate part numbers as well.

Don't forget to reset the A/C controls. You have to have the key in the ignition in the off position and pull the HVAC fuse out for 60 seconds then reinsert the fuse.
Are all 3 (2 passenger, 1 driver) the same part number? I bought 2, but I found that there is a 3rd that is bad. There was some confusion at the parts store because they thought there were only 2
