Default 2006 horn/cruise control problem

I spilled something on my steering wheel on my 2006 MC. The horn immediately stuck until the fuse blew. no the cruise control doesnt work and when i change the horn fuse, the horn still sticks until the fuse blows. the cruise power light is on, but it wont work/engage. i check the fuse for the cruise and its fine. Any help/suggestions please!

Whatever you spilled must have been sticky and is causing a short. I suggest you sparingly shoot some contact cleaner spray into the same area of the spill and work the horn pad. This might rinse the residue off.
It might or might not work, but it won't short out anything more at least.

Contact cleaner may work but you may have to tear it apart and clean it out. It is probably causing your problem.

did u get that fixed and what was the problem? coz i got the same problem with cruise except for the **** just stopped working all of a sudden. like u said the light lights up, but wont work. and where did u see a fuse for that coz i looked for it and there was no fuse at all for cruise control. !! so if there is no fuse why could it have stopped working all of a sudden???
