Default 2005 Starting issues

Hey everyone, I have a 3.4L MC and im having starting issues. The car starts right up in the mornings. When i drive it for a little while let it sit for an hour or so. It has a laggy start. some times it will crank for a few second then start or it will crank then die. when that happens i turn the key again and it will start right up. i have replaced, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel filter. I have had the starter tested and it has passed. also battery, plugs and wires are all new. any suggestions ?

9 chances out of 10 its either a dirty, or bad maf sensor. If not there, I would check the temp sensor, and CPS. If its the CPS, it usually doesn't start when hot. Heres some reading for you. h

Thanks, those few things dont seem to hard to check. The car did come from arizona and when i took the gas tank off to replace the fuel pump, i had probably 5 pounds worth of super fine sand on top of the tank.
