Opinion Needed: 2003 Monte SS electrical problem

Default 2003 Monte SS electrical problem
How would you go about checking relay what tool do you have to have?

The best way is to put it in a different circuit and test the thing that's on that circuit. If it works, your problem is not the relay. If it dies, you've found your problem.
