Default 2001 monte carlo 3.8 voltage gauge bottoms out after starting car

When you turn your key to start the voltage gauge will jump to where it should be but once you start the car it bottoms out at does not move. The battery light comes on then the security light comes on then the check engine light comes on. Also the AC won;t kick on either. I changed out my alternator and a new battery and it still does it.

Grounds are fine. Could it be the BCM?
