6th Gen ('00-'05): 2000 ss 3.8
I just had my A/C charged it never worked until I had a new blower motor and used resistor put on, got the ac charged today and now the car acts as if its wants to sputter in drive, and in reverse it sputters and shuts off, what could this be, any help????
It can be hard to diagnose drivability issues remotely. I would say that it's likely just a coincidence in timing to refilling AC as they shouldn't be related at all. Regardless if the AC system is empty or full, if you turn off the AC in the car, the clutch will deactivate and just freewheel the pulley.
Is it possible that something was bumped accidentally during the refill?

Really need to plug in a scan tool to see what's happening when it's struggling. It would also help if we knew what happened under other driving conditions. Is it gear dependent (neutral vs in gear), does it smooth out at higher rpm or does the stumble get worse? What about manually raising the idle in neutral?

Like bumpin said, get scanned for codes. The A/C charge shouldn't have anything to do with it.
Another consideration is a transmission problem, like a stuck "on" TCC switch or apply valve (solenoid). This would show up as code P0742 (Harsh Shifts). Since the transmission adapts, harsh shifts might not be noticed after the adaptation, but the problem can cause drag on the engine and could stall.
Here's a link to a detailed description: Harsh shifts, P0742
Another possibility is a clogged cat.
