2000 Monte Carlo SS Dome light wont come on when door is opened

Default 2000 Monte Carlo SS Dome light wont come on when door is opened
Just had my BCM replaced at the local Chevy dealer now my dome light will not come on unless i click the dimmer switch not sure if they didn't set something in the BCM or what but im not really sure what to do but would really like my dome light back.... The dealership is not offering any help

My dome light doesn't come on either, but I have never had the BCM replaced. I wonder if this would fix mine?

I believe their is a dome light ON when door is open setting in the DIC.
