Sometimes when i try to start my car it will turn over and not start but if i put slight pressure on the console shifter and push to the right it will start does it has a gear shift sensor that may be loose that could be causing my problem thanks

 

Sounds like the neutral safety switch in the council is either bad or has a loose connection.
