Turn signal indicators light up when headlamp switch is turned on and stay lit on until the switch is turned off. All exterior lighting works and there are no bulbs out. Four way flashers, turn signal, high-beams, and marker lamps all appear to be fine. What am I missing?

You have a bad turn signal bulb, take them all out and put new ones in all sockets, buld size is 1157........Pretty cheap fix in most cases.......

 

Also check that the bulbs are in the right way. Sometimes when the sockets will wear out and the bulbs will go in backwards. You may want to replace the sockets with new ones if they are worn.
