1985 Monte Carlo
I have some break issues going on my break pedal is frozen solid, i broke loose the front bleeder valves, i disconnected the rear break lines, i bought new wheel cylinders and installed them. What would make the pedal so stiff it wont move! I'm now thinking it's the power booster but i would like some input from someone about this issue. This car has been sitting a long time all the breaks were replaced the pads on the rear are still new, also my front rotor's will not turn i have the car up on jack stands ohh boy please give me a little help with what to do to get the breaks back working.

Thank you for the advice, i have the front rotors turning now i found a leak on the break line on the drivers side down the side of the frame, so all the work i just did still didn't fix the issue. I put a new master cylinder on it, and new rear wheel cylinders, but now i see break fluid leaking from a pin hole on the line itself. Can you offer advice about a repair for this can i cut out the leaking part of the line and fuse in a new piece of line or do i need to replace the entire break line?
