Default 1980 Monte Carlo Cruise RPM

Im getting a new torque converter with a higher stall for my 1980 Monte.
I dont want to get a stall range that is too high for highway cruising RPM.

I have a stock 3speed transmission with a stock rear end (so far)

Let me know which stall range will work best for my street and highway driving/ Performance, or whatever has worked for you and your Monte in the past.

(engine specs)
400 hp 350sbc, dont know my cam's starting RPMs though.

Thanks in advance.Let me know if you need more info

your cams rpm ranges are critical in choosing a proper stall speed. also what gearing is in this car, and what size tire are you going to be running?
